Ibero-American Secretary hopes Uribe, Chávez will engage in a dialogue

Ibero-American General Secretary Enrique Iglesias on Wednesday showed confidence that the Presidents of Colombia and Venezuela, Álvaro Uribe and Hugo Chávez, respectively, will sit and talk to solve their differences. He hopes that the Ibero-American Summit can contribute to reach this goal… more
