Al Gore: “Snow and Ice Across the World (are) vanishing quickly”

Making it snow on Al Gore

By Judi McLeod  Thursday, December 30, 2010

Canada Free Press (CFP) tip to marketing meisters: the Mother of Snow Globes of all time for Christmas giving 2011.

It’s too late for this year, but next Christmas you can stuff stockings with the algore Snow Globe.  Al Gore will be in the globe and when it’s given a shake, it’s snowing all over Al Gore.

It’s far more dramatic than the Academy Award-winning An Inconvenient Truth, and what a way to teach small fry about the hoax of man made Global Warming.

It was only last December in Copenhagen when Gore reported that “Snow and Ice Across the World (are)  vanishing quickly.”

This year parts of Europe and the North East in North America are still digging out from unprecedented amounts of snow and in many places more is on the way.

Gore’s snow and ice blunder came from a report presented on Dec. 14, 2009 at the United Nations Climate Summit with Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre.

“The study was commissioned by Gore and Store as they co-chaired the conference Melting Ice: Regional Dramas, Global Wake-up Call on April 28 in the town of Tromsø in Northern Norway.  A group of the world’s most knowledgable climate researchers produced the report, coordinated by the Norwegian Polar Institute.” (Environment News Service).

“The Arctic ecosystem, the world’s glaciers, indeed the entire cryosphere is at risk if we don’t cut the pollution that causes global warming,” warned Gore.

“This report, the result of over two years of work with Foreign Minister Støre and many of the world’s top scientists, demonstrates that we must take action now to solve the climate crisis,” Gore said.

This year thousands left stranded in airports and delayed up to 11 hours on frigid New York City subway cars can only shout in vexation: Hey, Al, it’s snowing out there!”

Next year, you can watch your children shake their snow globes to make it snow all over algore!
